We have an ongoing concern and respect for our environment and we strive to minimize the energy and water consumption. We only use products that are safe for the environment and we ensure the proper management of waste, while preserving our visitors from excessive noise...

Here in the "Cuisine Ardéchoise" is where the plate will reveal its secrets...beginning with an apéritif before dinner, making acquaintance with other guests...sharing stories and warming up the appetite.
When préparations are complete, we take you to the table where you will be delighted by a simple but tasty family-style meal. We will let you glimpse all the subtleties of terroir, with tasty dishes of the menu, using fresh, local ingredients and prepared by Antonietta with love <3
